About Gene Westley Portraits

Eugene Westley (1928–2005) was a passionate and prolific amateur photographer whose work spanned from the mid-1950s to the early 1970s. His black-and-white and color photographs document people, places, and experiences of being a missionary among the Nigerian people.

This site is maintained by his heirs—Terry Westley, Kathleen Westley-Ringer, and Rebekah Westley—who are making this archive available to the public for historical appreciation and educational purposes.
